This 1960s Velvet Loop Top is absolutely fab! It's a thick velvet top that's sleeveless with a zipper down the back and large loop fringe at the hem. Pair it with a pencil skirt, capris, or shorts for a complete look. The label inside reads "Miss H Herman Hochberg Eco, Inc. Size 30". It's in excellent vintage condition. The Bust measures 38in and 36in Waist, but it would best fit any size smaller, since the fabric is thick and doesn't stretch. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
